How often should I train per week
The number of times you should train per week really depends on your individual goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, and how much time you can realistically commit. Most clients see great progress training 3 to 4 times a week, this allows for a solid balance between effort and recovery.
What equipment do I need for online training?
That depends on your goals. Many of my clients start with just their body weight or minimal equipment like resistance bands or dumbbells. If you have access to a gym, I can also create a gym-based plan.
How long will it take for response back?
I offer round the clock 24/7 support on WhatsApp to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. My focus is dedicated to guiding you through your fitness journey and ensuring you have the support you need to succeed.

Will I get a personalized training plan or is it a generic program?
My workout programs are tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. Whether you're a beginner looking to get started or an experienced athlete aiming to improve, i will create a program that is customized just for you. So no pressure in where to start and finish.
All you do is get in touch and i will send you a form and go through quick consultation with me weather it's face to face or video call
What happens if I miss a session?
Life happens! If you’re doing face-to-face sessions, I have a flexible rescheduling policy (within reason). For online coaching, your plan is available anytime, so you can always catch up at your own pace.
How do check-ins or progress tracking work?
For online clients, we’ll have regular check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly) to review progress, update your plan, and address any challenges. You’ll also be able to track workouts, nutrition, and progress photos through the app or platform I use. In person clients get real time feedback and ongoing support during sessions.
How long will it take to see results?
Results vary depending on your consistency, starting point, and goals. Most people start feeling better and seeing changes within 4–6 weeks. We focus on long-term, sustainable progress.
